Paul Miller with Realty Trust Group completed negotiations on a three year lease with CES, Inc. for 3,041 square feet of office space in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. CES, Inc. is a software development and consulting firm. This new tenant will complete full occupancy of the 18,888 square foot office building.

Great Southern Bank Opens in Lee’s Summit

Great Southern Bank opened its second banking center in Lee’s Summit in Realty Trust Group’s Langsford Plaza Neighborhood Center on September 23, 2009. The 2,000 square foot banking center features a full-service lobby, offices, safe deposit boxes, teller area, drive-thru lanes and drive-up ATM. The new facility is located at 150 SE Todd George Parkway near the corner of Todd George Parkway and Langsford Road.
