Bernell Rice has been a broker for over 30 years and has held the CCIM designation since 1993. He formed Realty Trust Group in 2000 with the objective of creating the premier professional commercial real estate brokerage company in Eastern Jackson County.

Bernell has brokered millions of square feet of commercial space and has been involved in the development of numerous commercial, office, retail and industrial projects. He has represented many large corporations and financial institutions.

Bernell is active in the Lee’s Summit and Independence Economic Development Councils, Chambers of Commerce, Rotary International as a past club president, CCIM and ICSC. Bernell holds degrees in Finance and Economics. He has been a public speaker on Commercial Real Estate Markets and has hosted seminars on “1031 Exchange” and “TIC” (Tenant in Common) transactions.

Rob Lund has been a real estate broker for over 30 years. He has provided real estate services in commercial sales, leasing, marketing, and full service property management.

Rob has also been involved with the development of over 100,000 square feet of condo-style office projects as well as two retail developments in Lee’s Summit and Independence.

He is a member of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce, Lee’s Summit Economic Development Council, Independence Council for Economic Development, and the Lee’s Summit Sunrise Rotary as past chair of the international committee. Rob has an engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Paul Miller has been a commercial sales associate with Realty Trust Group for six years specializing in full service property management, leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties.

He is a graduate of Leadership Lee’s Summit, has been a member of the Lee’s Summit BNI chapter, and represents Realty Trust Group at both Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Council events for cities in eastern Jackson County. Paul is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Kristy Main is a sales associate with Realty Trust Group specializing in investment property sales and landlord/tenant representation.

Kristy’s commercial real estate career began in the niche market of multi-family investment property sales at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Kansas City. Following success with Colliers, she joined the CB Richard Ellis’ Private Client Group where she became the founding member of the Kansas City Multi-Housing Group.

She is experienced in the leasing of office, retail and industrial space and in the sale of conventional and tax credit properties as well as land sales. Kristy is licensed in Missouri and Kansas and is a CCIM candidate. She is an honors graduate of Park University where she majored in business.
